Peter J Hill is well know to many Australian and International Art collectors for his famous equine art, Australian landscapes and true to life Gum Trees and the outback.
Peter has been painting since the age of 19 and is still producing beautiful artwork at the age of 81.

The painting was gifted to former USSR leader Mikhail Gorbachev by the Australian Government. The Government used to buy and commission work by Mr Hill and gift them to foreign leaders."
P J Hill was also chosen as the official artist for the Heritage horse ride in the year 2000.

Black Caviar was trained by Peter Moody and apart from her first two runs in which Jarrad Noske rode her she was ridden by Luke Nolen in all her starts except for the 2010 Patinack Farm Classic where Ben Melham rode her while Nolen was suspended.
Black Caviar was retired undefeated on April 17 2013
